Job Description :
To be responsible for conceptualising and delivering the solution/product to the market in collaboration with internal and external (client) teams with a view to generating solution revenue
(1.) Te execute the product launch by collaborating with various teams for tracking productization| GTM planning and revenue projections and tracking
(2.) To jointly perform various activities to determine the financial and commercial viability of the product
(3.) To manage| guide and develop the team
(4.) To deliver for the successful launch of the prototype including conceptualization| functional specifications| release plan and product roadmap
(5.) To enable Opportunities identification either by sourcing them directly from the customer or by proactively understanding their needs
Roles n Responsibilities -
Manage the IT Infrastructure, Network, Telecoms and end user service, responsible for supporting the delivery of existing IT services.
Develop a Service Improvement Plan, defining the baseline for standards that need to be achieved covering hardware, software, asset management, maintenance windows, monitoring and security patching.
Ensure escalation support for technical issues is provided through to satisfactory resolution.
Build and maintain an IT strategy that supports the business goals. The solutions should be flexible, reliable, and cost effective.
Actively manage 3rd party suppliers, ensuring solutions meet timelines & quality standards and costs are in line with budgets
Ensures all IT Infrastructure and services adhere to IT security policies
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless executionof projects
Align the policy and strategy with Group team in China to manage and maintenance the local network and WAN
Experience : 11-15 Years
Qualification : B Tech / M.E./ ME/M /Tech
