Do you have a background of being a project leader but at the same time you are having a deep technical understanding of system design, configuration management and system integration within the area of software? Are you a change agent that are able to work in an environment that are not fully defined where you will have an important role of defining new ways of working and execute them in an already running project? Are agile ways of working familiar to you? Well then this position might be something for you. Within the Electrical System Integration department we are now looking for an integration leader with a strong ability of changing the game.

As a integration leader you will work together with program managers, configuration managers and designers from all the units in R&D to secure synchronized development, delivery and verification from a complete electrical system perspective. Our 202020 vision will deeply affect how we are working with integration and software release and you will be part of taking our first step in a running platform project.

You will be responsible for:

- Lead the definition of the function implementation plan on a complete vehicle level balancing the PSS areas ability to deliver according to the required project plan.
- Technical analyze of incoming deviations from the plan and recommend countermeasures and actions to improve the situation.
- Develop and lead the integration plan and events for the program.
- Develop new methods, tools and processes for integration management.
- Participate in analysis of root cause for system errors during integration events

Qualifications:

- Master of Science degree in electrical engineering/software design or mechatronics.
- Experience of software and system design, configuration management and program/project management.
- Experience of being a change agent
- Knowledge of lean and agile methods and tools.
- Knowledge in English – fluent and Swedish
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR, Elektra and ISO26262 is meritorious.
